Zinc is a popular material for roofing and facade applications due to its unique properties.
It is a non-corrosive metal, which makes it highly resistant to rust and weathering.
Zinc also has a self-healing property, which means that if it does get scratched or damaged, it will naturally repair itself over time. This makes zinc a very durable and long-lasting option for roofing and facades.
Additionally, Zinc has a low thermal expansion rate, which means it does not expand or contract as much as other metals when exposed to heat and cold. This makes it an ideal material for regions with extreme weather conditions.
Furthermore, Zinc is lightweight and easy to install, making it a popular choice for both residential and commercial projects.
